Shikyo: In a word: Shitty. Abusive father, and then growing up in the violent environment among bandits.....yeah, real fun.

Ichiru: .....I would keep my past self from succumbing to the Orichalcos and sacrificing my aibou to it.

Shikyo: I'd say it's a tie between me and the anklebiter on who's most outgoing. Ichiru is the most reserved for sure. Humorous.....depends on who you ask, me or Naosu. As for stinky....eh, none of us.
Naosu: Naosu prolly most stinky. *Giggle* Naosu agree with what Shikyo-san said.
Ichiru: *Eyes Shikyo* If by outgoing you mean perverted, then yes you are. And I do not find you the least amusing. *Snort* I am however, normally the most reserved.

Ichiru: ......Roses are red, violets are blue. I am just as human as you?

Let me start off by saying this: I hate first person shooters. Hate! Hate! Hate! I've played Duke Nukem, Unreal Tournament, Halo and Halo 2 and I sucked at each and every one of them. I hate not being able to see my surroundings unless I turn the entire camera and my inability to see around me would get me killed.

But then....Portal. My job is not to shoot things, but to shoot holes. And yeah sure, I've gotten nailed a few times, but it was a course meant for androids anyway! D:

I've gotten to room 19 twice now and beaten it once. (Damnit GLaDOS, humans don't go in cake!) The game is hard mostly because you have to think spatially a lot in order to figure out how to make everything work, especially when you have to shoot off several portals in a hurry. And hell, I'm not even done yet. I still have to run through the bowels of the facility and meet up with the homicidal AI! ¬_¬

When I was born, I was breast fed. I had colic every day and my parents didn't understand why until I got to solids and they gave me some peanut butter. I apparently spit it out and got a rash all across my face. My mother loved eating peanut butter sandwiches every day for lunch and it got into her milk. After that day, peanut and peanut products were banned from the house. In spite of their caution however, I still came across it several times. One notable occasion is when a family member who had forgotten yet again that I had a peanut allergy, gave us some cookies made with peanut oil. I ate about four or five before I felt the familiar burning in my mouth and throat. I informed my parents of what had happened, but I refused to throw up. I spent a terrible night in agony as my body attacked the peanut product in my body. I suffered every night for a month after that until my body seemingly decided to stop freaking out and let my stomach and intestinal lining heal. However, even though I had kept the evil food inside my body and had only gotten horrible stomach pain, my father is convinced that it's only a matter of time before my allergy turns fatal. Maybe he's right, but I don't believe it for a second.

I am 24 years old, I have been eating food with 'may contain traces of nuts or peanuts' on the label for years and I've never had any problems and when I eat something that does have peanuts in it, I drink some milk, possibly throw up (if I've eaten a good enough amount to make it worth it--I don't want a repeat of that nightly agony) and while I'll probably feel shitty for a good few hours, I'm in no danger of dying. Yet, again and again my father repeats the doom 'it's only a matter of time'. I held peanut crackers in my hands while at a petting zoo and it took over an hour for me to get itchy palms. Fortunately it occurred to me what was going on and I went to wash it off, which ended the reaction. Soap and water, that was it. Then I told my dad what had happened so he could go complain before someone with a severe allergy came along and died because of those crackers.

If my allergy was so fatal, washing it down with milk would hardly be likely to make the reaction stop. Milk is the only thing that works, but it still works. I've had this allergy my whole life, I hardly think the nature of it will change and I'm not going to deny myself food because of 'traces'. I know there are people who have it really bad, but I'm not one of those people.

I hate the smell of peanuts and peanut oil, but I'm not about to convulse on the floor gasping for air over it. (Well I might if I was in a peanut factory, but then I would have an excuse) I stopped wearing my Medic-Alert bracelet because people would treat me like I was made of glass when I revealed what it said. I stopped carrying an eppipen for the same reason. Not every peanut allergy is a fatal one.

But who knows? If I hadn't been exposed to it throughout my development and young life, maybe it would be fatal. Who can say? All I know is I'm not, and I don't like being treated like I am. Learn the difference, Dad. Honestly.
